Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through CallidusLearn, an online finance education platform operated by Akrobourn Consultants LLP.
By purchasing any course, program, or educational content through CallidusLearn, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Digital Product Nature
CallidusLearn provides access to digital educational content that becomes available immediately upon successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of educational content, all purchases are generally considered final.
3. No Refund Policy
Except as expressly stated in this Policy, all payments made to CallidusLearn are non-refundable.
Refunds shall not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Failure to use the purchased content
- Dissatisfaction with personal learning outcomes
- Change in financial circumstances
- Incorrect expectations regarding educational, career, business, or investment outcomes
- Failure to review course descriptions before purchase
4. Technical Failure Exception
A refund may be considered only if:
- Payment has been successfully completed; and
- Access to the purchased content cannot be provided due to a material technical fault attributable to CallidusLearn; and
- The user reports the issue promptly using the contact information provided below; and
- Akrobourn Consultants LLP is unable to restore access within a reasonable period after receiving notice of the issue.
In such circumstances, our sole obligation may be, at our discretion:
- To restore access; or
- To provide an appropriate refund.
5. Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error, duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact CallidusLearn before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider.
Where access has been successfully granted and the platform has functioned as intended, we reserve the right to contest chargeback claims and provide relevant records to payment processors or financial institutions.
7. Cancellation
Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
Cancellation of platform use does not create any entitlement to a refund.
8. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any revised version will be published on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.
